Thanks for the great service provided by Sam. We were looking for a economical runabout after our much loved little Toyota Echo was hit while parked and written off. We had our eyes set on a Nissan Note E Power for which there there were a few in the yard at Portage Sam helped us with picking the one he thought was best suited. A few minor scratches and a small dent were sorted straight away and the paperwork done and dusted without any issues. We have only driven the Note for a few days now but it is a fantastic little car. We hope to have a long reliable run out of it like our last car. Sam, the salesperson, was incredibly enthusiastic and supportive. He was willing to openly discuss every step of the used car transaction process, which gradually put me at ease. Although there was a minor hiccup during the head unit installation where some functions weren’t working, he promptly refunded me and agreed to restore it to its original state. The car’s quality is good, and before delivery, he even helped me clean and wax the entire car. Highly recommended!
