From my experience it was bloody awesome. Exceptional customer service, friendly, helpful and professional staff, no unexpected additional costs or surprises, no pressure whatsoever, explanatory of all documents and I found the atmosphere to be very comfortable and welcoming.
I went along for moral support for my daughter who was purchasing her 1st car. She loves it.
