As we were relocating to Queenstown, John also helped organise vehicle transportation from Christchurch, which made the process much easier for us.

We were especially grateful to Craig, the manager. During the time we were making our decision, the transportation fee increased between May and June. However, Craig kindly honoured the original transportation price that had been discussed with us in May. That level of customer service and goodwill really stood out.

Showed me good options, got to test drive a few vehicles, one being test driven a couple of times to make sure it was the one.
