We recently brought a MG from Craig and the team at Portage cars. Absolutel legends ti deal with from start to finish. Great vehicle but the service and professionalism is the key. They own it. If yourlooking for decent cars and great price and service. Start there.

If you want to buy a car with Finance or not, portage cars (especially New Lynn) is the best place. Harvey is the best of best and not only thinks about her job or selling a car. She puts herself in the client shoes and goes beyond to assist her clients. Portage cars is my recommendation 10000%, if you want to buy a car.

Sales people are friendly here. The guy who helped me was very attentive. Greeting me when I first arrived. Cars are all nicely presented and well cleaned. This place is a good option if you’re in the market for a used vehicle.

I recently replaced my old car at Portage Cars Christchurch via the trade-in scheme, and it has been a good experience. Craig was helpful from the moment we walked in, and the first car I liked turned out to be the right one to be my next car. After the purchase, he offered an add-on to replace the inbuilt stereo with a wireless CarPlay system, which has made my daily drives much more convenient. I also had a few extra requests, and Craig has been happy to help with those. If I have any concerns, he’s always willing to discuss and assist. Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive process.
