We were looking for a car for our son and visited Portage Cars in New Lynn. We found the staff to be so friendly and helpful, without being pushy at all and they were able to answer any of our questions. We bought a car and wanted a couple of things done to it. These things were done quickly and on the same day to our immediate satisfaction. I was even given a courtesy car to be able to travel back home until the new vehicle was ready for pick-up. Very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the cars in the yard. We would definitely visit there again when looking for any future cars. This is THE GREATEST dealership in Auckland, I picked up my dream car the day I got back in the country from overseas and it was the EASIEST process ever to get financing done. Georgia is literally an angel sent from the Lord, she made sure to secure the exact car I was looking for, I got the best deal ever on it and also the best interest rate compared to many other places. I applied for my car a week ago while I was in Africa, 3 days later Georgia emailed me and said I was approved. I sent a small deposit to secure the car. I got back from my holiday, from the airport I went to Portage cars straight away. We did paperwork and insurance which took 10 minutes and I was driving home in my dream VW Golf MK7 R line.
