Absolutely incredible experience with Portage cars. Bryan helped me immensely in a manner that was calm, straight forward, and most importantly, human. I never felt rushed or even like I was being sold a car. He was very objective and honest. I also came lumbering in with my backpacking pack and they were kind enough to let me leave it there while I figured everything out. Great people!

Great friendly gentleman welcomed us. Really genuine conversation that helped settle us. We have been to a few car lots this weekend with better deals, but feel like we would be better looked after by Portage Cars.

We got a great service from Bryan the Manager. He was a very calm guy. Who listens and understands. Very polite and friendly. Me and my husband were treated with respect and with great customer service. Also we got a good deal for the car and was able to pick up the new car the following day. We always like Portage Cars and will recommend it to everyone.

Excellent customer service from Sajan Verma, quickly helped me find a car based on what I described. Needed a little bit of finance eally . Harvey also was great, quick clear communication and did every thing she should to help me . Really recommend both, and the car yard ???? ???? ????

Can’t thank Harvey enough for her work in getting us the car we wanted. Super quick response and extremely helpful. The team provided us with support and helped us make informative decisions. Have been to other dealerships that either tried to upsell us or didn’t give us the time of day. The team here were not over bearing and allowed us to browse the yard without following us around! But we’re quick to assist us when we found the car we wanted. Couldn’t recommend portage cars new Lynn enough. Their service was impeccable and made shopping for cars a lot easier.

Great experience and I’m very happy with the van I received. I was in contact with Bryan who answered my long list of questions and was very quick to reply. I was buying the car online as I wasn’t able to fly down to Christchurch but was able to feel confident in my purchase due to the service I received.

Bryan organized shipping to Auckland and the pickup from the new lynn dealership was very smooth.

Great car, stuffs were helpful, thanks Sajan, who helped us choosing the right car, small problem raised then I was given a courtesy car for a day until small problem was fixed at their cost. Harvey was helpful too. Yes I would again purchase from them. Quality car at reasonable price.

Got a Lexus 2010 model. Took a few days to get everything sorted and the help of Chopper made it more easier.. well done team of Portage Cars Penrose
