I had an absolute enjoyable experience here. No pressured sales tactics, excellent vehicle selection at good price points. No waffling chat, to the point with questions. Fair deal on my trade in. Took this BMW for a test drive, Rahil shared the history of the cars maintenance. Decided on the purchase, in house finance set was easy to do with good rates. Brilliant communication through the approval process and getting the vehicle registered for pickup.

However after the purchase when I picked up the car what I was most impressed with was Rahil knowledge and willingness to answer questions about the inner workings of the car and the extra gadgets the car had, walking me through its computer, and blue tooth set up. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer buying a car from him. 5 star service!

Great service from Andrew, helpful advice regarding the model I was looking into and found one that suited perfectly at a good price. Couldn’t play my music through the usb originally, they had a new display fitted within the hour at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

From my experience it was bloody awesome. Exceptional customer service, friendly, helpful and professional staff, no unexpected additional costs or surprises, no pressure whatsoever, explanatory of all documents and I found the atmosphere to be very comfortable and welcoming.
