I recently replaced my old car at Portage Cars Christchurch via the trade-in scheme, and it has been a good experience. Craig was helpful from the moment we walked in, and the first car I liked turned out to be the right one to be my next car. After the purchase, he offered an add-on to replace the inbuilt stereo with a wireless CarPlay system, which has made my daily drives much more convenient. I also had a few extra requests, and Craig has been happy to help with those. If I have any concerns, he’s always willing to discuss and assist. Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive process. I’d recommend Portage Cars Christchurch and Craig!

I recently purchased a vehicle and would not hesitate to recommend to others. All staff have been so helpful even when I drove back in a couple of times to sort something out. Extremely helpful, pleasant and nothing they couldn’t sort for me.

From the moment I walked in, Shane was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help me find the perfect car. He took the time to understand my needs and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free.
Fenelle was also incredible. She helped finalize everything, explaining all the details clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with every step. The level of customer service was top-notch, and I could tell they both truly care about their customers.

If your looking for a second hand car do what I did and ring them up instead of wasting time getting scammed on facebook market place by someone that says its like new with 2 previous female drivers.

Craig was very attentive to my needs in purchasing a vehicle. He made time to allow me to view the car on a Public Holiday. He was friendly and approachable. As I was using a rental car, I was provided with a loan vehicle. There were no issues to tend to a couple of minor repairs.
The Hyundai was cleaned beautifully. The support staff were friendly and wanted to help. I would highly recommend Portage Cars as a place for anyone to have an easy road to buying a vehicle with no fuss.
