Excellent experience at Portage Cars!

Saw the car I wanted at around 11am, on a Friday, and was contacted by John so quickly I was able to see the car by 12pm. Encouraged a test drive and the car was simply the one I wanted. Decided to buy without my partner even seeing it, risky I know but did it anyway!

Craig and John on site offered excellent guidance and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Gave a very fair and quick trade in price for my existing car, and made the process super easy.

Made payment online, and was called promptly the next day to come and collect, with it being cleaned (not that I think it had to be!) and ready for me to drive away in.

Partner absolutely loves the car, especially the sunroof and heated seats!

Would recommend if you’re thinking about looking for a new car, start here. And if you’re currently looking and you’re thinking between one they have and another car, add one pro to Portage Cars with John and Craig.

Well presented selection of cars. John helped us through the buying process. A couple of issues to be sorted with the car we chose but Craig and John were great while this happened. The dealership took ownership of the issues and got them sorted asap. We got regular updates and check ins. Communication is so important and these guys hit a home run.
